Two -day incubator workshop
Workshop with lectures in important sessions by experts

On Wednesday, on the second day of the two-day incubator workshop organized under the joint aegis of Higher Education and Madhya Pradesh Start-Up Center, various experts were given lectures on extremely useful topics.
In the first session, detailed information was given by Mr. Ronald Fernandez on the subject of “Financial Planning and Revenue Model for Incubator”. He highlighted the financial plan, diversification of resources and measures to achieve self -sufficiency for long -term operation of the incubator.
In the second session, Dr. Sanjeev Patni, CEO, AIC-Preferences Indore gave a lecture on the subject of “Creaship Visibility and Incubati Pipeline”. He told how an incubator can be identified at a social and industrial level and how to prepare a continuous pipeline of innovators.
In the third session, Mr. Apoorva Gavak, Director, Center for Innovation, Design and Incubation, SGSITS Indore shared pithy information on “HR Planning for Incubators”. He underlined the strategies of human resource planning and the process of team building.
In the final session, Mr. Pradeep Karmbelkar, Director, Vaspl Initiative Pvt. Ltd., Bhopal performed on the topic “Mentorship in Incubation EcoSystem”. He stressed the importance of the creation of an impressive mentorship system and the role of mentors.
Representatives of 12 private universities, 16 government universities, 18 autonomous colleges and 1 affiliated college participated in the workshop. After the end of the workshop, all the participants gave feedback and training certificates were provided to all the participants.
