The Tuvalu country is made up of nine marine islands in total. Its population is close to 11 thousand. Its height has now remained only two meters from the sea surface. That is, if the water level of the sea goes up two meters and then it will start in the water. There is always a danger of floods and storms here. Reports also claimed that two out of nine islands in Tuvalu have almost been in water. According to NASA, sea water has been increasing continuously in the last 30 years. If the water continues to grow in this way, by 2050 this island country will completely sink.
Citizens will get all rights
In the year 2023, there was an agreement between Tuvalu and Australia. Under this agreement, 280 Tuvalu citizens were allowed to settle in Australia every year. These citizens will get all the rights of health, education, home and job. The first batch of citizens was taken to Australia between 16 and 18 July. Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wang said that these citizens will get the right to live life with full respect. At the same time, Prime Minister Felleti Tiye of Tauvalu has demanded attention to this matter from all over the world.
