Meerut,
In Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, many schools have been threatened with bombing on Wednesday morning. Threats have been sent to schools through email. It has been claimed that explosives have been hidden at many places in the school premises.
According to the information, 10 schools in Meerut had a threatened email on Wednesday morning, threatening to bomb 10 schools including Satyakam International School, KL International School and Meerut Public School. This threatening mail claimed that explosives were hidden at many places in the school premises. He also threatened to convert the school into a ‘bloody manjar’.
Meerut School Federation Secretary Anuj Sharma told the media that a threatened email had come. After this we informed the police about the threat and they investigated on the spot. However, we breathed a sigh of relief after police investigation. I think this is the work of mischievous elements.
He said, “Some schools had an email on Wednesday morning, but the schools are closed due to the Kandar Yatra.”
Earlier, two schools in Agra were also threatened with bombs on Wednesday morning.
Threatened email was in English, claiming that schools would be exploded shortly after. This news caused panic among the school management and parents. Schools immediately declared a holiday and sent the children to a safe house.
The management of both schools informed the police. The bomb disposal squad, who reached the spot, searched the schools, but they have not found any suspicious item from the school.
Earlier, threats have been received to bomb the Taj Mahal, railway station and other major places, but no such item was found in the investigation.
Currently, the administration is finding about the source sending threatening emails to schools.
