Pithampur
A special campaign has been launched to identify foreign laborers in Pithampur Industrial Area. Due to this, SDOP Dhamnod Monica and police in-charge Omprakash Ahir held a meeting with labor contractors in Pithampur police station Sector-1 on Sunday evening.
The police station in -charge instructed all the contractors to submit the Aadhaar card and the entire bio -data police station. He said that the police will verify every employee. Information of any suspect should be given to the police immediately.
Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims will be identified
The identity of Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims will be noted especially. Contractors will also have to give a certificate that no outsider is working in them.
More than 1000 industries in the region
Pithampur has more than 1000 industries. More than 2000 labor contractors work here. There are about 2 lakh laborers working in these industries. This step of administration has been taken to strengthen the identity and security system of illegal foreign nationals in the area.
