New Delhi
The CBI court on Monday gave a clean chit to senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and former PWD Minister Satyendra Jain in a case. Subsequently, on Tuesday, the Aam Aadmi Party made a scathing attack on the BJP. Delhi Pradesh President Saurabh Bhardwaj said that Satyendra Jain has got half justice right now, and the entire justice will be found when legal action will be taken against those who make false allegations.
He said that our demand is that legal action should be taken against senior BJP leader and then Leader of Opposition Vijendra Gupta, as well as LG and CBI officials who defame him by false allegations against Satyendra Jain.
‘False complaint was made to discredit AAP’
Saurabh Bhardwaj alleged that Vijendra Gupta first files false complaints, which are sent to the CBI by LG. These complaints do not have any concrete basis, yet false cases are registered against Satyendra Jain. After this, without any evidence, the CBI starts an inquiry, which is constantly harassed by Satyendra Jain and his family. Shouldn’t legal action against this type of oppression take? The closure of the case by the court has made it clear that Vijendra Gupta had made false complaints only with the aim of defaming Satyendra Jain and “AAP”.
‘Nothing is in the complaint’
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that according to him, there should be a provision to compensate for it wherever there is injustice in the law. Giving examples, he said that senior BJP leader and former Leader of Delhi Assembly Leader Vijendra Gupta filed a false complaint. Subsequently, the BJP appointed by the BJP sent the complaint to the CBI for investigation, while there were no concrete facts in the complaint. Despite this, the name of senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and former PWD Minister Satyendra Jain was included in the complaint.
‘Satyendra Jain’s family harassed’
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that LG Saheb takes the complaint forward for investigation, resulting in a case against Satyendar Jain. Subsequently, his house is raided by the CBI and he is slandered. In this process, Satyendra Jain’s family and children are oppressed. We want to know whether there is any provision in the law to make up for this social loss.
Should there be no legal action against Vijendra Gupta and LG Sahab now? Shouldn’t those CBI officials also file a case against Satyendra Jain without any solid base?
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the CBI could have said that a case would be filed without any name, after which she would start her investigation. But when there is no concrete evidence of corruption, how is it possible that someone claims that Satyendra Jain has done corruption and the CBI should investigate it.
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that it is clear that BJP leader Vijendra Gupta had made this complaint with the aim of defaming Satyendra Jain. They believe that legal action should be taken against LG, Vijendra Gupta and CBI officials. If there is no action against them, then it will be an exception to the law.
