Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Friday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He claimed that he has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi many times and has no power. He made this comment at the Congress ‘OBC Partnership Justice Conference’. During his speech, Rahul Gandhi questioned what is the biggest problem in the country, then someone present there took the name of the Prime Minister.
To this, the former Congress president said, “Narendra Modi is not a big problem. The media people have only made a balloon. I have met him, I am sitting in the room with him. There is just ‘show’, there is no power.” He further said that earlier I had not met him, but now I have met him 2-3 times. Now I have understood that there is nothing – they are just pretense, no power. You have not met them, I have met.
Addressing the public meeting, Rahul Gandhi also urged the OBC youth to recognize their strengths. He said that my biggest complaint with OBC youth is that they do not consider their strength. Once they understand their strength, the entire scenario will change. Rahul Gandhi said, “You will ask my sister Priyanka that if Rahul has made up his mind for some work, he will leave that thing or not? I will not leave. The caste census is the first step, my goal is to get respect and participation in your work in India.”
The Congress MP also attacked the BJP over the English language. He said, “BJP leaders say that English will erase English from the country. But you ask them where do your children study. Studies in Hindi medium or study in English medium. London, in America, do they study in Hindi, no, regional language, Hindi-tumil, Punjabi, Kannada are all necessary, but English is also necessary in its sides.”
