The Election Commission Fact Check has responded to the allegation of rigging by Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi. The ECI Fact Czech has described Rahul Gandhi’s allegations as misleading. The Election Commission posted on the social media platform ‘X’ and said that if Rahul Gandhi believes that what he is saying is true, then they should be given the announcement or signing the affidavit by Thursday evening as per 20 (3) (B) of Voter Registration Rules 1960. The Election Commission should present this affidavit to the Chief Electoral Officer of Maharashtra so that necessary action can be initiated. Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has reacted on the statement made by the Election Commission. He has questioned the attitude of the Election Commission.
