Amit Malviya said- Rahul Gandhi is doing political gimmick
On the other hand, BJP spokesperson Amit Malviya has shared an appeal made by the Election Commission to Rahul Gandhi and demanded him to file a declaration. Amit Malviya said, “It will be clear that he does not have a solid basis, and he was only doing political plays. Its purpose was to distort the facts, to create doubts in the mind of the public and discredit a constitutional institution responsible for ensuring independent and fair elections. Such conduct is negligent and extremely harmful to our democracy.
Demand to submit Election Commission affidavit
Explain that Congress MP Rahul Gandhi was reprimanded by the Election Commission on the fake voter case and said that he should submit a clear announcement and affidavit as per the rules or to apologize to the country for his false and misleading allegations. The Election Commission expressed strong objection and said that Rahul Gandhi mentioned the case of Aditya Srivastava, while action has been taken in this case itself.
According to the Election Commission, the allegations made by the Congress leader are not based on the facts and this has tried to question the impartiality of the Commission.
