How to complain?
To complain about any problem related to PF to you:
Step 1: First of all search EPFIGMS on Google.
Step 2: First click on the link and click on Register Grievance there.
Step 3: After this choose your status like PF Member.
Step 4: If your complaint is related to a claim, then put the claim ID and give the claim details. Or you can select the No. NO of Claim ID.
Step 5: Enter your UAN number and click on Get Details by entering the captcha. After this, you will get an OTP on your phone number and email ID, which you can move forward by entering.
Step 6: After this you have to enter your basic details like know.
Step 7: Now choose PF number and tell you in your complaint details. Do not forget to attach the documents associated with the problem.
Step 8: After this submit your complaint.
