The ban on the transfers that move away from May 1 will end in two days. After Tuesday, June 17, the time limit of transfers will not be extended anymore. This is clear. But many departments have not yet released the transfer list.
The major departments that have not transferred during this period include school education, forest department, general administration department (GAD), mineral resources (mining), transportation, cooperatives, water resources, horticulture (Horticulture). Apart from this, many other departments have also released half-incomplete list.
The school education department is the most transferred transfer, and for this the department has fixed the time till June 16, Monday. Therefore, the biggest list is likely to be released from this department. Similarly, the transfer order of the Tribal Affairs Department is yet to be issued. Apart from Tribal Teachers in this department, transfer list of officers and employees posted in high positions including Assistant Director, District Convenor, Regional Convenor is ready.
On the other hand, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is very serious about the safety and administration of wildlife, but the transfer of officers posted in the forest building including Ranger, Deputy Forest Divisional Officer, Forest Officer, Forest Guard is also stuck in this department. The transfer of mineral inspectors including District Mineral Officer is pending in the Department of Mineral Resources.
Long list in education and health
Transfers may rain on Monday and Tuesday in the state. There is a possibility of release of list of transfers stopped in many departments. The General Administration Department has not released any transfer list of Deputy Collector, Joint Collector, Additional Collector and IAS officers. 37 Joint Collector has been promoted to the post of Additional Collector since March 2023, but till now he has not been posted and is still fulfilling the responsibility of Joint Collector in the districts.
This year, departments have got a total of 47 days for transfers. The first Mohan cabinet had given the right to transfer the transfer ban on 29 April to the ministers and heads of departments to transfer the transfer ban from May 1 to May 30. After this, it was extended till June 10 in view of the demand of ministers and on 31 May in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Madhya Pradesh. The previous cabinet approved this period to be extended by seven more days.

The General Administration Department (GAD) has not yet transferred
The General Administration Department has not released any transfer list of Deputy Collector, Joint Collector, Additional Collector and IAS officers. 37 Joint Collector has been promoted to the post of Additional Collector since March 2023, but till now he has not been posted and is still fulfilling the responsibility of Joint Collector in the districts.
Similarly, the post of Collector in Datia is vacant for 15 days. Here the CEO of District Panchayat has been given the charge of Collector. Sandeep Makin, the Collector of Datia, has retired on 31 May. On June 30 this month, Sagar Commissioner Virendra Singh Rawat is also retiring.
Apart from this, there are discussions in the corridors of the ministry for the last 15 days regarding changes in the Ministry and Head of Department, but the list is not being released.

The list of Rural Livelihood Mission is not being released in the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is yet to get approval for the transfer list of IFS officers in the forest department. Similarly, the IPS transfer list of the Home Department is also pending as the departmental officers have not been able to take time to discuss the Chief Minister.
The ministers of the Department of School Education and Tribal Affairs have also amended the transfer list, due to which the list is being delayed.
