The policeman spoke well or not. Listen to the problem properly or not. For this, QR code is being installed in police stations. After scanning it, the complainant will be able to fill the feedback online. The police headquarters has issued orders in this regard. According to the letter issued to Bhopal Commissioner, QR code will be installed at any open place of the police station. By scanning, people will be able to respond to services. Will remove deficiencies based on feed back. The QR code will be generated the form through Google or NIC. Its link will be linked to the commissioner’s email ID.

Why is the feedback of police working style important?
In the past, many complaints have come to light about the attitude of the police, such as-
Independent behavior of police employees.
Slow or careless investigation of old cases.
Complaints of implicating in false cases.
Lack of facilities in police stations.
Feedback system has been introduced to deal with these problems and make policing transparent and accountable. This will take corrective steps on the basis of public opinion.
Scan QR Code Feedback
QR codes will be installed outside every police station, which you will be able to scan from your mobile. As soon as you scan, you will open a form in which you will fill the following information-
Your name and mobile number
Reason for coming to the police station
How was the behavior of the police
How was facilities like cleaning of police station, drinking water, toilets
Your case progression or pending position
What is the progress of your case?
Did you get a satisfactory service from the police?
Any suggestion or complaint you want to share?
This feedback will be monitored by SP at the district level and Police Headquarters at the state level.
Public role in the transfer list of field officers
Not only feedback, but public opinion will also be used for the transfer of field officers. The police headquarters will now take this feedback seriously while preparing the transfer list, which will promote better and accountable policing.
This system will be helpful in improving the functioning of police personnel and will protect against misunderstandings.
Pilot project in Dewas: This is how started
Madhya Pradesh Police has started the pilot project of this initiative from Dewas district. QR codes have been installed in all 21 police stations here. The public is sending their complaint and opinion directly to the SP by giving feedback from these codes.
Apart from this, a caller feedback survey is also being conducted from Vallabh Bhavan Bhopal, in which the public assesses the functioning of the police through eight questions.

Instructions to implement it in the entire state
