India is running another operation against Pakistan, named ‘Operation Deep Manifest’. The government has launched a tough campaign to stop the goods coming from Pakistan. Under this, the Revenue Intelligence Directorate (DRI) has seized Pakistan-made goods worth Rs 12.04 crore under ‘Operation Deep Manifest’. These goods were being brought to India, not directly from Pakistan, but through the third countries.
Goods were being brought to India via UAE
Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary told in Parliament that a total of 5 cases have been registered in this operation by July 2025. In these cases, the price of goods made in Pakistan is Rs 12 crore 4 lakh. In all cases, goods were being brought to India via the United Arab Emirates. The government started this operation when all the imports of Pakistan were banned after the Pahalgam terror attack.
