The Urban Development Department has prepared the e-Nagar Palika 2.0 software to provide online services in all the urban bodies of the state. The E-Nagara Municipality 2.0 has been integrated with the Department of Revenue, Industry and Registration. This will result in a nomination along with the registry of the property and also create a property tax account. Under the Ease of Doing Business, online permissions will also be released to industries soon. Citizens will also get the services of urban bodies sitting at home, they will not need to visit the office.
E-NGO 2.0 scheme started
The Urban Development and Housing Department has launched the centralized web-based E-Nagar Scheme to connect all the urban bodies of the state with online services. This scheme has been implemented for the purpose of pursuing the Digital India campaign in the state and providing transparent and quick civil services.
You will be able to apply online, benefit of 24 services
Earlier E-Nagar Parisa 1.0 was started. It has integrated the civil services, public complaint facility, internal functioning of bodies, all types of payment and budget process provided by urban bodies. Online application was arranged in this. But now under the new service, 24 types of services will also be given online along with the application. That is, citizens sitting at home will apply online and they will be served through e-mail and other means.
Analysis from AI
GIS technology and AI have been added from E-Corporation 2.0. This will analyze the tax patterns of the bodies in AI minutes where the tax is coming more and less than where. GIS and AI technology can be investigated how many areas and how many floors are built in the area. Accordingly, applications will be resolved.
These will be the work
Citizens will get all the NOCs online along with all NOCs online along with opening of a new account of property tax and depositing taxes, taking new tap connection, making birth, death certificate, trade license, marriage registration, building permission, permission to cut trees, fire NOCs. On applying online with all the documents, digital signed certificate, NOC etc. will be found on e-mail or WhatsApp.
Bhopal not included
Madhya Pradesh is going to become the first state where all the urban bodies of the state are being brought on a portal. However, a separate portal of Bhopal Municipal Corporation is BMC online. On completion of its contract, Bhopal Municipal Corporation will also be connected to the e-Nagar municipality.
MP Online Kiosk Center and Payment Gateway will be associated with service
The E-Corporation 2.0 is being paired with the Common Service Center, MP Online Kiosk Center and Payment Gateway. With this, the fixed fee will be easily paid online. Along with this, services can also be taken through the Common Service Center and Kiosk. Now this portal has been shifted to the cloud. Therefore, there will no longer be problems like server down. This will provide services to citizens faster.
