Sadhakas performed collective yoga practice at tourist destinations

Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the tourism department gave the message of yoga by doing collective yoga at the major tourist places of the state. “Yoga Sangam” was organized at all these sites. A large number of public representatives, officers, employees, school students and citizens participated in the Yoga Sangam organized with the aim of promoting the global importance of yoga and motivating citizens to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Principal Secretary Tourism and Culture and Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board Shiv Shekhar Shukla said that this year’s theme is ‘one earth and one health for health’, which reflects the overall benefits of yoga and our commitment to global welfare. It is our endeavor that through these programs not only the importance of yoga should be highlighted, but Madhya Pradesh should also be promoted as a major tourism destination.
Mass yoga programs held at major tourist destinations
There were programs of collective yoga exercises at major tourist places of the state. The event this program of Mandu, Gwalior Fort in Dhar district, Chanderi of Ashoknagar, Padwali of Morena, Amarkantak in Anuppur district, Bhimbetka in Raisen district, Bhimbetka and Sanchi in Raisen district, Kerwa in the capital Bhopal, Wind and Waves, Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Center, Bandhwadh in Umaria district, Khajuraho Temple Group in Chhatarpur district, Chhatarpur district, Niddi district Through “Yoga Sangam” in Pachmarhi Dhupgarh in Narmadapuram district, Madhya Pradesh gave a message that yoga is not only a medium of spiritual and physical balance, but also an influential means of promoting cultural consciousness and tourism.
The message of yoga from historical, cultural and natural sites of the state not only makes citizens aware of health, but also strengthens the global identity of these sites. The event has emerged as a beautiful combination of tourism and yoga, which makes the theme of ‘Ek Earth, Ek Health’ and establishes Madhya Pradesh as a holistic and conscious tourism state.
