A collective yoga program was organized on the 11th International Yoga Day in the main hospitality of Deputy Chief Minister and Minister in -charge of Dewas district, Jagdish Deora. Deora performed yoga with public representatives, social organizations, various training institutes, voluntary organizations, students and officials at the district level collective yoga program Srimanta Tukojirao Pawar Stadium on International Yoga Day.
Deputy Chief Minister Deora also saw the live telecast of the program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in the program. In -charge Minister Deora also planted saplings under the campaign in the name of a tree mother.
Minister in charge Deora said that today the whole world is doing yoga together. Yoga also keeps the mind healthy along with the body. Yoga Day is being celebrated this year on the theme of “Ek Earth one health”. He congratulated everyone on Yoga Day. He said that do yoga every day, not only one day, if you do yoga regularly, then there will be energy in the body. Yoga exercises makes the body healthy, because it gives us the power to fight against diseases. Yoga is essential for peace of mind, intellect and body and positive energy.
Yoga guru Rajesh Bairagi performed yoga on stage in the program. Along with them, the guests and others present raised their hands for yoga. Enthusiastic participation towards yoga has been observed. This year a decade of International Yoga Day has been completed.
