Governor Mangubhai Patel led the collective yoga practice at Raj Bhavan on the occasion of 11th International Yoga Day. Around 150 participants along with Governor Patel attended the collective yoga practice program. The International Yoga Day program took place in the Sandipani Auditorium of Raj Bhavan. A live broadcast of the Visakhapatnam program of International Yoga Day organized on the theme “Ek Earth-Ek Health” under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Gupta was also present.
Various asanas of yoga practice
Governor Mangubhai Patel practiced various rugs of yoga, pranayama, and meditation actions in the collective yoga practice program. Mainly cervical conduction, wing operation, Tadasana, Vriksasana, Padhastasana, Katichkarasana, Dandasana, Vajrasana, Titli Asana, Utrasana, Shashankasana, Uttanmandukasana, Vakrasana, Makarasana, Setubandan posture, Uttanapadasana, Pawanmuktasana and Shavasana performed. After the rugs, Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom, Bhramari, etc. performed pranayam. The collective yoga program ended with clapping and lofing therapy.
