At the 33rd initiation ceremony of Dr. Hari Singh Gaur Central University, Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya, founder of Tulsi Peeth Chitrakoot was awarded the honorary degree of D-Lit. The chief guest of the program, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari could not come due to bad weather.
Addressing the program through video conferencing, he said that development in every field is necessary to make India a world guru. The Union Minister said that we have the best technology in the world. This will remove poverty, starvation and unemployment. Electricity, water, health and road will be provided in every village.
The founder of Tulsipith Chitrakoot, Shankaracharya and Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Swami Rambhadracharya will now be called D-Lit (Doctor of Literature). Dr. Harisingh Gaur University, the only Central University of the state, has conferred him with an honorary degree of D-Lit in a dignified program. The university has awarded this title to someone for the first time in the 79th year of its establishment. The 33rd convocation was held on Friday. In this, 1225 students have been awarded degrees.

Jagadguru Rambhadracharya, who is awarded the title of D-Lit, is rich in amazing talent. The sight of his eyes went at the age of just two months. He had no education for 17 years. After this, he has learned 22 languages and composed more than 80 texts. He is one of the four Jagadgurus of the Ramanand sect and his contribution in the field of education and culture is incomparable. They have more than 100 compositions, including epics, commentaries and religious texts. He founded the Tulsi Peeth, which is located in Chitrakoot. He also established Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Disabled University, which provides education for disabled students. He is also its founder and lifelong Vice Chancellor.
Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari Dr. Harisingh Gaur was the chief guest of the 33rd convocation on the occasion, but his aircraft could not fly to Sagar due to bad weather on Friday. For this reason, he joined and addressed the program online. He also apologized with folded hands with the university family and Jagadguru Swami Rambhadracharya when he did not reach the program.
