In the past, serious criminal cases are also being registered on them. Action has been taken under the National Security Act, and his image has been in constant controversies at the social level. BJP has so much support
75 percent of BJP councilors are needed to remove Congress councilor Anwar Qadri from the post. Out of 85 wards of Indore, 64 wards have become Congress and Independent councilors on BJP and others. BJP needs the consent of 63 councilors against Anwar Qadri. The BJP agrees with more than 70 councilors. The BJP also has the support of 6 of the 19 councilors of the Congress.
Know what is the rule to go to the council
The MP Municipal Act has rules to abolish the councilor. Under section 19 of the Municipal Act, the entire process has been described. According to this, in order to snatch the council, a written proposal has to be made with the consent of two -thirds of that house i.e. 75 percent of the councilors.
This proposal goes to the Divisional Commissioner. After this, the divisional commissioner gives decisions on this. At the same time, in many cases, the divisional commissioners can use their powers directly and end the council from direct ways. Mayor Bhargava said that this action can be taken under section 19.

What is the charge on Anwar Qadri
Banganga police station of Indore has registered a case of conspiracy to push love jihad and Hindu women into body trade on 16 June. On June 13, the police arrested Altaf and Sahil Sheikh. In the police interrogation, both of them told that Anwar Qadri had instigated them to marry Hindu girls and get a conversion and body trade. Altaf was given one lakh cash by Qadri and two lakh to Sahil. For this, he had placed a condition that they should marry Hindu girls and then after that they pushed them into body trade.
Congress defended
In this whole case, Congress leader Chintu Chowkse has defended Anwar Qadri and has described the entire case as false. Chowkse says that Qadri is being implicated under political conspiracy. Our councilor is being falsely implicated. This case is completely baseless.

Congress councilor Anwar Qadri is accused of funding for love jihad. Kadri is absconding after the case was registered. The Indore police raided his house and in -laws. Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya has made serious allegations against Qadri. He said that there are also allegations of Qadri being associated with SIMI.
