Under the strengthening scheme of Madhya Pradesh government, under the strengthening scheme, the 33/11 KV power sub -station constructed at a cost of Rs 1 crore 83 lakh was provided to the residents, and provided gifts to the residents. MLA and former Cabinet Minister Smt. Archana Chitnis and MP Dnyaneshwar Patil were present in the program and public representatives, dignitaries and field dwellers. On this occasion, Mrs. Archana Chitnis said that power sub -centers are being established from Madhya Pradesh West Region Electricity Distribution Company for maintaining power supply in rural and urban areas of Burhanpur assembly constituency. With the introduction of electrical sub -station in village Boharda, people from all the nearby villages including Boharda will be benefited and the people of the area will be ensured in disarray power supply.

Also, consumers will also get rid of the problem of low voltage and the power supply will be strengthened. Giving information about the works being done for power strengthening, Mrs. Chitnis said that 239 additional distribution transformers are being established in Burhanpur Assembly under RDSS scheme, in which 164 transformers have been completed. Also, 17.6 km out of 26.86 km of 11 of 11 has been completed and 12.1 km of 15.58 km low line has been completed, which costs Rs 9.4 crore. By installation of transformers and expanding lines, the voltage problem of consumers was diagnosed. Under the Prime Minister Dharti Aaba Scheme, 33 beans of a total of 7 villages will be electrified in the Burhanpur Assembly, in which a proposal for a cost of about 2.20 crores has been sent to the government.

Mrs. Chitnis said that construction of 4 power sub -stations is going on at a cost of about 11 crore 29 lakhs of 33/11 under Burhanpur assembly constituency. With the establishment of Village Turakagura-Foofanar sub-station to Tulakagurada and surrounding rural area, Chinchala Muktidham Lalbagh sub-center, the construction of Chinchla rural area and surrounding Lalbagh area, Mandi-Sandwara sub-center will be liberated from Dhamangaon Chapora sub-center to Chapora, Dhamangaon, Dhamangaon, and Dhamangaon Chapora, Dhamangaon will get rid of the problems of power supply. Smt. Archana Chitnis said that at present, 1 lakh 30 thousand 511 consumers are getting 63.43 crore benefits from Atal Griha Jyoti Yojana in Burhanpur, while 27 thousand 721 consumers are getting a profit of Rs 171.55 crore per year from Atal Kisan Jyoti Yojana. At the same time, 4479 consumers are getting a profit of Rs 20.29 crore per year under the powerloom subsidy scheme.

Mrs. Archana Chitnis said that after the year 2008, Biroda Grid, Raigow Gride, Old Power House Greede and Loni Gride, Jasaundi Gride, Mohd Gride, Collectorate Greede were constructed during the year 2013 to 2025. Similarly, 18 new power sub -stations of 33/11 were established as a result of special efforts. When 33 new additional power power transformers were installed, 11730 new power distribution transformers were established. 33 KV line 160.51 km, 11 KVA line 3568.81 km and low -term power LT line 1349.99 km new line has been laid.

Revolutionary steps during the tenure of Archana Chitnis in the field of electricity in Burhanpur

Karmath, perseverance, intent and gentle BJP’s strong leader and MLA Mrs. Archana Chitnis has only one tune in the minds and she did the all -round development of Burhanpur. Mrs. Chitnis’ visionary thinking on every subject including agriculture, electricity, irrigation and road has included Burhanpur in the leading districts of the state. The result of the untiring efforts of Mrs. Chitnis is that historical works have been done in the electricity sector in Burhanpur from 2008 to 2025. The first transformer depot of 2011 used to be in Barwah, due to which the transformers were available after 8 to 10 days. Due to which the crops of farmers were bad. Burhanpur is the only district in the state that has a banana crop.

Banana crop requires frequent irrigation in the summer season. About 35 liters of water per plant has to be given per day. If water is not given for three consecutive days, the crop is affected. A transformer depot was established in Burhanpur to solve this problem. After coming to the depot in the district, immediate transformer becomes available and no crop is affected. Here are the present: District Panchayat President Gangaram Markay, Vice President Gajanan Mahajan, BJP District President Dr. Manoj Mane, former MLA Ramdas Shivhare, Dilip Shroff, Balraj Nawani, Narhari Dixit, Virendra Tiwari, Vinod Koli, Deepak Mahajan, Ishwar Mahajan were present in the inauguration program.
