A video of Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal in Guna, Madhya Pradesh is going viral on social media, in which he is seen supporting a Divyang on a wheelchair. This human sensation -filled act has won the hearts of people.
Divyang Harveer Rajak, who lost his legs in an accident, reached the Collector Kanyal in Jansunwai with his wife. He pleaded for wheelchair and pension. Taking immediate action, the Collector approved a new wheelchair, financial assistance of Rs 10,000 and a disabled pension of Rs 600 per month. The pension was made effective through the pension portal by the Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat Guna.
Collector Kanyal gave quick instructions to Deputy Director Abdul Ghaffar, in -charge of the Department of Social Justice and Disability Empowerment. Not only this, he became so emotional that he himself came to sit on a wheelchair and leave it out of the public hearing room. After getting wheelchair, financial assistance and pension, Harveer’s happiness was not there. He thanked the collector with folded hands.
Harveer Rajak told that his life had become difficult after the accident, but the help of the collector gave him a new support. At the same time, Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal said, “Harveer had applied that his legs have deteriorated in the accident. He has been given help under government schemes. It is our duty to serve the needy.”
