The sixth session of the 16th assembly of Madhya Pradesh i.e. monsoon session is coming. After March, it is now expected to start in the last days of July. This time, complete action is to be taken in the assembly through e-legislation, preparations are also going on fast.
The Assembly Secretariat has started complete preparations for this session. After discussion between Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, a decision will be taken on the period of the session and the date of starting the session.
Secretariat will buy all in forest computer
The Assembly Secretariat is working rapidly departmentally regarding e-legislation. Amidst the preparations for e-legislation, 35 all in forest computers are to be purchased by the Assembly Secretariat. The special thing about this computer is that it contains CPU, monitor, battery backup, speakers all together. For this, do not have to buy separate parts.
E-Vidhan promoted in all states
The Government of India is moving towards Digital India. Therefore, e-Vidhan is being promoted, which is called NEVA (National E-Legislative Application). The Government of India is working on the project in mission mode. All state legislatures are being used to make digital and paperless. Its target is to paperless all state legislatures, to make the legislative process online. Which includes asking questions, presenting the bill and discussing.
There will be many benefits
Apart from this, information and documents between MLAs will also be exchanged through this medium. Also, the process of publishing legislative material on the public portal, digitally recording and making the house public will be adopted in it.
E-office system doing work
Significantly, the e-office system has started working in the government offices of the state. Along with implementing the e-Legislative System, the answers to be sent in the monsoon session will also be sent from the e-office. Regarding this, the heads of the department have asked the subordinate officers and district officials that the question -answer, attention, petition etc. of the monsoon session of the assembly should be sent through this means. The government is also bringing the process related to the assembly under the purview of e-office. That is, this time the session can be completely digital.
