DGP Kailash Makwana of Madhya Pradesh has given a big order about the police officers and employees involved in criminal cases and departmental inquiry, the Director General of Police has ordered that any such officers will be posted in the police stations, nor in the crime branch nor in the office of any officer, they have instructed to send information of such officers and employees in the police headquarters.
Following the order to remove the long -standing constables, head constables, assistant sub -inspectors and sub -inspectors at police stations in Madhya Pradesh, the DGP had given instructions to remove the long -standing employees in the offices of IG, DIG, SP and expressed displeasure at not complying with previous orders.
Now the DGP has issued orders about the officers and employees involved in the criminal case and departmental inquiry, Special Director General (Administration) Police Headquarters Bhopal Adarsh Katimar has issued orders for the Commissioner of Police (Indore/Bhopal) and all the Superintendents of Police (including Railways) on the orders of the DGP.
Displeasure over the order not being followed
ADGP Adarsh Katiyar wrote in the letter that in the order issued from the police headquarters on 15 October 2014, detailed guidelines were issued regarding posting in the police stations of police officers involved in the criminal case and departmental inquiry but in view It has come that these guidelines are not being followed.
Deployment of police stations, crime branches and officers banned in office
Hence, it is re -directed that the police officers and employees against whom criminal cases are pending in deliberations or prosecution (except the accident case) and the police personnel who are pending departmental inquiry on corruption, moral dedication, physical violence and illegal detention allegations will not be deployed in police stations, Kayam Branch or any officer’s office.
Headquarters sought information about officers and employees
The ADGP instructed the officers to take necessary action in their subordinate units and take necessary action about them and send the following report to the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Personnel) to the e-mail aig admin2@mppolice.gov.in and in future also follow these instructions.
