Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the Sadanira Samagam under the Jal Ganga Promotion Campaign at Bharat Bhavan at 6 pm today. The program will be chaired by the Minister of State for Culture, Tourism and Religious Trust and Religion (Independent Charge) Dharmendra Singh Lodhi. The Samagam will begin with the inauguration of the short film ‘Sadanira’ directed by Rishikesh Pandey. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav Veer Bharat Nyas, Madhya Pradesh Science and Technology Council and Madhya Pradesh Tribal Public Arts and Boli Development Academy are the country of Sadanira, Prithvi Water…, Amrit Jaladhara (four sections) and ‘Jal Dhara’ will also be released. Many dignitaries including Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, Principal Secretary, Culture and Tourism, Shri Shiv Shekhar Shukla will be present in the program.
Shriram Tiwari, the Chief Minister’s Culture Advisor to the Chief Minister and the Industry Secretary of Veer Bharat Trust, said that ‘Sadanira Samagam’ is the only ceremony in the country which is full of diverse activities to enhance and preserve rivers, water bodies, water structures. This is the first time that more than 200 scientists, archaeologists, writers, writers, journalists, cine actors and theatrical artists of many mediums including literature, art and science will become participants. The trusted secretary said that Sadanira Samagam is not just a celebration, but is a consolidated attempt of gratitude and awareness towards our rivers, water culture and life -giving water streams. The organizing will give a strong message to the rivers to present the rivers as a cultural heritage, spiritual basis and folk consciousness.
In the event, the spirit of river and water life is awakened through exhibition, music, dance, dialogue and literature. Along with the inauguration of seven books in the Samagam, the film ‘Raga of River Narmada’, produced by Madhya Pradesh medium and directed by Rajendra Jangle, will also feature. The cultural performances of the first day of the conference will staging a musical performance of ‘Sound of River’ focused on music and poetry by Smita Nagdev and Rahul Sharma and the dance drama ‘Hum Nava’ directed by Vidushi Sharma Bate, Pune.
Concentrated exhibition on ancient water bodies
An exhibition will be organized by Madhya Pradesh Public Relations on the Jal Ganga Promotion Campaign. The exhibition and stepwells will be an important part of this conference on the ancient water bodies of Madhya Pradesh on the ancient water bodies of Madhya Pradesh, the exhibition of photographs focused on the water source promotion work done by the museum from time to time. Jalchar, an exhibition based on aquatic life, has also been organized at Sadanira Samagam. The exhibition has been set up in collaboration with Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology, Barkatullah University and Regional Natural Sciences Museum, Bhopal. Amritsya Narmada, an exhibition of photographs based on Narmada Parikrama of senior cinematographer Rajendra Jangle, is also organized.
