Cloud burst in Uttarkashi: Many houses buried in debris, heavy havoc

The natural disaster in Uttarakhand is not leaving chase. Today, a sudden cloud burst in Dharali village of Uttarkashi. As soon as the cloud burst, the debris of the mountain came down as a flood. People screamed on seeing this horrific incident. Kheer Ganga came on the rise due to cloudburst. Rali Bazaar and the surrounding area have suffered heavy damage. There are also reports of some people being buried here. Army, police, SDRF teams have reached the spot from Harshil.

A flood came from the mountain as the cloud burst
After a cloudburst in Dharali village of Uttarkashi, a lot of debris came down from the mountain as a flood. Due to this, there is also a possibility of many people being buried. Viewing in the video shows how frightening this waterfall was. People started screaming while watching this scene. District Disaster Management Officer Shardul Gusaini said that the rescue team has left for the spot. People were screaming while making videos.

CM expressed grief over the incident
On this terrible accident in Uttarkashi, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the news of heavy losses caused by cloudburst in Dharali (Uttarkashi) area is extremely sad and painful. SDRF, NDRF, district administration and other related teams are engaged on war footing for relief and rescue operations. In this regard, I am constantly in touch with senior officials and the situation is being monitored in depth. I pray to God for everyone to be safe.

Uttarakhand police updated
Uttarakhand police told their X handle that police, SDRF, Army etc. are busy in relief and rescue operations on the spot on the information of loss in Dharli due to increase in the water level of Kheer vehicle in Uttarkashi, Harshil area. In view of the said incident, make a proper distance from all the river. The police have warned to take themselves, children and cattle themselves at a proper distance from the river.
