No senior advocate will be allowed to mention. Junior should be given a chance. Since Monday, in court number 1, no senior advocate will be allowed to mention cases. No nominated senior advocate. We will follow it from Monday.” So that no one is surprised. ” According to the report of Live Law, at the same time Singhvi suggested, “It can be implemented equally in all courts.” On this, the Chief Justice said that he can apply it only in his back.
