Yogi and Uttar Pradesh Police of Uttar Pradesh is breaking up as a time on criminals, in this episode, two accused of Rs 1 lakh, two accused, were killed in an encounter with a joint team of State Police (STF) and local police in an encounter.

STF transports miscreants to hospital in injured condition
Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Amitabh Yash said in a statement on Thursday that on the midnight of August 6 and 7, the STF’s Noida unit and the joint team of Sitapur Police had an encounter with the miscreants in the Pisawan police station area, in which two miscreants were seriously injured by being shot. He was immediately admitted to a nearby primary health center from where he was referred to Sitapur District Hospital. Both died during treatment there. He said that the dead miscreants have been identified as Raju Tiwari alias Rizwan and Sanjay Tiwari alias Shibbu. Both miscreants were wanted in the murder of journalist Raghavendra Bajpai in Sitapur. A reward of one lakh rupees was declared on both.
Journalist Raghavendra Bajpai murder miscreant was absconding
Sitapur Superintendent of Police (SP) Ankur Aggarwal said that the police had received information that two accused wanted in journalist Raghavendra Bajpai murder case were going to pass through the border of Hardoi-Sitapur. On this, a joint team of police and SIF was dispatched. He said that when the police were investigating and siege in the Pisawan police station area, two suspects riding on a motorcycle were seen going. When the police tried to stop them, instead of stopping, they opened fire on the police. Raju Tiwari and Sanjay Tiwari were shot in retaliation.

Journalist Raghavendra Bajpai was murdered in this March
Journalist Raghavendra Bajpai (36), a resident of Vikasnagar in Maholi Kotwali area of Sitapur, was shot dead near the railway overbridge Hempur on the Lucknow-Delhi National Highway on the way to Sitapur on March 8 this year.

Long criminal history of both the miscreants killed
According to police sources, both the miscreants killed in the encounter have a long criminal history. Both had more than 24 cases including murder, robbery and robbery. In 2006, Raju alias Rizwan killed Sub Inspector Parvez Ali with sharp weapons in Lakhimpur Kheri district and robbed his official revolver. Similarly, in 2011, Sanjay Tiwari shot and killed Devi Sahai Shukla in Machhrehata in Sitapur.
