The incident is from Pahmjula village of Jirang assembly constituency of Reh-Bhoi district of Meghalaya. When Chief Minister Sangma was on a tour of this village, he suddenly moved to a local school. During the conversation with the children there, he looked at a student who was trying to play the guitar but could not catch the Cords properly.

Seeing this, Chief Minister Sangma himself reached the student and started helping him. In this video shared on Instagram, Chief Minister Sangma is seen explaining the student’s way of catching the guitar. He also demoed the cord pattern and guided the student easily.

While sharing the video, Sangma wrote, “A student was trying to play the guitar in Nongspung-A village in Jiranrang, so I presented a guitar to the school there.” He is currently at the early level, but I am confident that when his new school building is inaugurated, he will be able to play the guitar well.
