Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Wednesday that the conspiracies to discredit the Kandar Yatra have been repeatedly failed due to the vigilance of the society and the activism of the administration. The Chief Minister addressed a public meeting after inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of 545 development projects worth Rs 2,264 crore in Bareilly, saying, “Some anti -social elements tried to tarnish the image of the Kavad Yatra but the awareness of the society and the readiness of the administration have failed such conspiracies. This journey is now a symbol of unity and devotion. ”
“Mafia free” UP – CM Yogi
The Chief Minister, while targeting the opposition parties, accused him of doing politics of appeasement. He said, “Before 2017, Bareilly was witness to communal riots every third month. Today it is known for Nath Corridor and spiritual tourism. ” He claimed to be the “mafia free” of Uttar Pradesh, saying, “Earlier every district had its own mafia don. Today Uttar Pradesh is known for a district, a medical college and a district, a product. We are protecting spiritual heritage by creating a modern infrastructure. ”
‘Government jobs were open exemption for political relatives before 2017’
The Chief Minister said without naming anyone, “Before 2017, government jobs were open exemption for political relatives. Uncle-nephew considered recruitment as his personal business. In the last eight years, more than eight and a half million youths have been given jobs in a transparent manner. ” Citing the recruitment in the police force, Adityanath said, “We have completed the recruitment of 60 thousand 244 policemen.”

He claimed that now there is no discrimination on the basis of caste, religion or region in the implementation of any scheme. He said that this is a new India which is moving forward with the spirit of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’. Referring to the achievements of his government, Adityanath said, “The BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) government with double engine is connecting heritage with development.”
CM distributed appointment to more than 6 thousand youth
The Chief Minister also distributed appointment to more than six thousand youth selected through the employment fair and provided certificates and tablets to the beneficiaries of various welfare schemes. Referring to the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana’, Yogi Adityanath said, “Under this scheme, the youth selected are provided interest-free and guaranteed loans up to five lakh rupees. On timely payment, the loan can be increased to Rs 7.5 lakh and then up to Rs 10 lakh. ” He said, “The government with double engine is making tireless efforts to ensure prosperity and happiness in the lives of people.”
