New Delhi
The Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan has once again alerted the Indian Army regarding the attack from Pakistan. CDS Anil Chauhan said that we have to be shocked 24 × 7 and 365 days. The CDS also said that the Indian Army should have the ability to penetrate both stable and dynamic targets located at high distance. Addressing a program in Delhi, CDS General Anil Chauhan said these things.
He said that there is a need to challenge Pakistan’s ‘full-dimensional resistance theory’. The CDS also emphasized that terrorists cannot hide in any part of Pakistan.
In the opening session of the annual ‘Trident’ lecture series, he reiterated that military preparations should be of extremely high level, there is a need to be ready round the clock and 365 days a year. He told the soldiers that there is little difference between war and peace, but it seems that in today’s time this difference is getting blurred and they are merging into each other. CDS said, ‘We need to create more space for traditional campaigns between unconventional and nuclear regions. He said that terrorists cannot hide anywhere on the land of Pakistan. General Anil Chauhan also emphasized that the Indian Army should have the ability to penetrate both stable and dynamic targets located at a very distance.
He said, ‘We have to be ready to respond to any violent action taken by Pakistan. Whether it is done from inside the state or from outside the state, and this is the first criteria, which we have to understand. This is a new criteria for all of us.
CDS General Anil Chauhan said that another military standard is that there will now be more dependence on nuclear policy, which has become the foundation of traditional military operations. He said that another standard would be that India would have to be technically ahead of its opponents.
