A shocking and sensitive case has come to light from Beed district of Maharashtra where the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya has been threatened with bombing. This threat has been received by a young man from Shirur Kasar area of Beed on social media app Instagram. The threatening has described himself as a resident of Karachi, Pakistan and has offered to give one lakh rupees to join this conspiracy.
Controversy started on Instagram, then threatened
According to Shirur police, the incident occurred when the youth was watching a video on Instagram. Meanwhile, a dispute in comment started from a Pakistani account. When the conversation went ahead, the suspect told the young man that he wants to fly the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya with RDX and he needs 50 people for this work.
The threatening person said that whoever helps in this work will be given one lakh rupees. He also told the young man that if he cannot do this work himself, he can give someone else’s number.
Threatened audio also surfaced
A threatened audio clip has also surfaced in this case in which the suspect says, ‘Tell us about thinking, two, open your mouth, you need an amount. We have to fly the temple of Ayodhya with RDX. Fifty bands are required. RDX will reach. The fellow will get one lakh to work. If you cannot do it, you can give someone’s number… ‘.
Police and security agencies became cautious
Inspector Praveen Jadhav of Shirur Police Station said that a case has been registered in this regard and other agencies including the police cyber cell have also started investigating. He said that the suspect has described himself as a resident of Karachi, but whether he is a citizen of Pakistan or not, it will be confirmed only after investigation.
Security agencies have become fully alert after this matter came to light. In view of the construction and security of the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya, this threat is being considered very serious. The police have started a technical investigation into the threatening Instagram account and audio clips.
