Under Operation ‘Nanhe Farishte’, a minor child met from Bhopal station handed over to NGO
Teenager who ran away from home due to vigilance of railway safety force got safe support

Under the “Operation Nanhe angel” operated on Bhopal division, the work of identifying minor children and providing safe assistance to them is going on continuously. In this sequence, on 20 June 2025 today, another child was safely rescued at Bhopal railway station.
RPF constable Shri Krishna Kumar, posted on platform number 5, found a 17 -year -old boy sitting alone in the general coach of train number 19711 (Indore -Jaipur Express). When he was questioned, he called his name Subhash Kurmi, resident – Sherpur Mohalla, Vidisha. The child said that due to family dispute, he has come out of the house angry.
Adopting a human view by RPF personnel, the said child was immediately brought to the Railway Protection Force Post, Bhopal, where Sub Inspector Sandhya Chaudhary took detailed information from him. Thereafter, information about the case was given to Mr. Dhaniram Pawar, member of the Child Protection Commission, through mobile.
NGO was handed over to NGO after health testing
According to the instructions of Mr. Pawar, the child was conducted primary health test and “Nitya Seva Society, Chandbad, Bhopal” was duly handed over to the child under Operation “Nanhe Farishte”.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Mr. Saurabh Kataria said that special vigilance is being taken during patrolling by RPF on Bhopal division, which can help such helpless, missing or threatened minors immediately. He has also appealed to the passengers to immediately inform any child on RPF Helpline 139 if we look at any child alone, uncomfortable or suspicious.
