CREDAI’s AI Lighthouse City proposal under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary received theoretical consent, historic step for Bhopal

A major administrative step has been taken to develop the capital Bhopal as India’s first AI (Artificial Intelligence) Lighthouse and Smart Industrial Center. In a high -level meeting held in the ministry on Wednesday evening, various points of the ‘Kamal Ka Bhopal’ report presented by CREDAI Bhopal under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary were discussed, after which many important decisions were taken. This meeting was not only a roadmap presentation, but also became an example of a meaningful dialogue between the administration and the private sector regarding the future of Bhopal.
Clear instructions regarding AI Infrastructure
At the meeting, the Chief Secretary, while considering the document called ‘AI Lighthouse City – Credai Vision’, directed the Department of Science and Technology that the possibilities of developing state -of -the -art AI infrastructure and data compute zone in the capital should be faster. This initiative can make Bhopal a leading city in terms of innovation, digital rule and industry 4.0.
Accelerated reaction to discrepancies of guideline rates
The issue also raised prominently in the meeting that the guideline rates in Bhopal have seen unusual and inconsistent growth in recent years, affecting residential and commercial development. On this, the Chief Secretary directed the Department of Registration and Stamp to review the guidelines rates and take concrete action to end the trend of retaliation.
Discussion on urban planning and policy topics
The ‘Kamal Ka Bhopal’ report proposed the city’s inclusive, permanent and technology-capable scheme. The Chief Secretary directed the Urban Development Commissioner to review all the points of the report in detail and make them aware. Along with this, it was also said to ensure concrete response on proposals related to Bhopal Metropolitan Master Plan, Colonizing Act, Township Policy and RERA.

Through these documents, CREDAI clarified before the government that if administrative will and policy support is received, Bhopal can become a leading urban center in the country.
Statue and historical dialogue of Raja Bhoj
The emotional and cultural moment of the meeting came when the President of CREDAI Bhopal presented a thoughtful and historical statue of Raja Bhoj to the Chief Secretary. The statue has been prepared by noted artist Manoj Meik on the basis of modern techniques and historical research, which restores the vision of Raja Bhoj, a symbol of city planning, water management and cultural harmony, in a modern perspective. The Chief Secretary appreciated the statue and interacted on the contribution of Raja Bhoj and described CREDAI’s efforts as inspiring.
