In the Department of Higher Education, the guest scholars who have been found out of the government colleges in the Higher Education Department have provided the facility to present options against the vacant posts on the portal. Commissioner Higher Education has issued the above orders.
Guest scholars who have been fallen out of regular posting/transfer as a result and are the desired qualification holders as per the parameters mentioned on the regulations 2018 of the University Grants Commission and the amendments made from time to time to work on the respective posts, the facility of presenting options on the portal.
As a result of regular posting/transfer in compliance with the interim decision passed by the High Court, the guest scholars who were not a desired qualification holder according to the criteria 2018 and time-to-time amendments made by the University Grants Commission, are available to submit options on the portal.
It has also been clarified in the order that in the event of coming in the merit, the allocation of the college and the invitation in the college will be under the orders of the final decision passed in the above court cases.
