Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the state government has decided to earn moong and urad at the minimum support price in the interest of farmers. In 36 moong producing districts of the state, moong will be obtained at the rate of Rs 8682 per quintal and urad in 13 urad producing districts at the rate of Rs 7400 per quintal. Farmers will be able to register from June 19 to July 6, after which the procurement will be done from 7 July to 6 August. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the ministers before the meeting of the cabinet held in the ministry on Tuesday.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that various activities are conducted to encourage investment in the state. On this occasion, International Yoga Day program will be organized on 21 June under “Yoga Sangam”. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that efforts should be made to set records in the country by organizing programs on yoga in more and more urban bodies, wards, panchayats of the state.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also instructed the ministers to review the public welfare schemes run in their departments and share the suggestions necessary to make them more effective.
