The Mohan government of the state is going to take a big decision in favor of the employees of Madhya Pradesh. The proposal for reservation in the promotion stuck for the last 9 years can get approval from the cabinet today. After this, promotion of employees and officers will be started in the state. This proposal will be kept in the cabinet meeting going to be held today. In the cabinet meeting held on June 10, a proposal for reservation in promotion has been made. The state government has also discussed with all the parties associated with it. After passing the proposal from the cabinet, the rule of reservation in promotion will come into force.
Many provisions made in new format
In the promotion prepared by the state government, many important provisions have been made in the format of reservation. It is the effort of the state government that all employees can get the benefit equally and there is not much harm to anyone’s interests. It has been decided in the format that the employees already promoted will not be reviewed. Apart from this, retired employees without promotion will not be given the benefit of new rules.
SC-ST posts will be filled first
It has been decided in the format that for reservation in promotion, 16 percent of Scheduled Castes and 20 percent of Scheduled Tribes will be filled. If no eligible person is found in the post reserved for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes category, then no other class will be given benefits in this post. These posts will be kept vacant.
DPC will be every year
DPC will be done every year for promotion. For this, after determining the eligibility of the employees who retired on 31 December, every year the posts to be vacant will be determined and the benefit of promotion will be given on these posts. The DPC will be between September every year from September.
List will be ready separately
Separate list will be prepared for Claus 1 Officers and Claus 2 officers for promotion. The basis of promotion for class forest officials will be made to the merit cum seniority. At the same time, the list will be prepared for Class 2 on the basis of seniority cum merit.
