Bhopal, 16 June 2025:
The district level meeting was organized by the District Unit Bhopal of Vaishya Mahasammelan, Madhya Pradesh on 15 June at Vaishya Bhawan on Raisen Road. The meeting was led by District President Ashok Gupta Asati, in which various officials associated with the organization, working committee members and district presidents of the women’s unit were invited.
The meeting mainly discussed the upcoming programs, membership expansion and participation of establishments and influential persons of the society. State President Mr. Sudhir Aggarwal was specially present in the program and he highlighted various points to determine the future direction of the organization.
The main point of discussion:
Membership Extension Campaign: The plan to connect more and more people of the society with the organization was discussed.
Representative views: Representatives expressed their views on issues such as the progress of society, youth participation, and women empowerment.
Upcoming event: The outline of the proposed programs regarding cultural, social and service activities was presented.
Impressive contact: It was planned to compile the information of political, administrative and gazetted officials associated with the society, so that the effectiveness of the organization could be further increased.
On this occasion State President Sudhir Aggarwal Said, “It is our objective to strengthen the Vaishya society and strengthen its economic, social and political participation. For this, the activation of district units is very important.” He also said that work will be done for the interests of society at the grassroots level, strengthening the organizational structure.

Participation of women and youth unit
The participation of women unit and youth unit in the meeting was also encouraging. The chairman of the women’s unit emphasized on expanding the role of women in the organization, while the representatives of the youth unit emphasized innovation and technical inclusion for future programs.
At the end of the meeting, it became clear that the Bhopal district unit of the Vaishya Mahasammelan is actively working to give new dimensions to its organization. This meeting proved to be an important step towards moving forward with all sections of the society. Soon the organization will declare the outline of various social and public welfare activities.
