The crime branch has arrested a thug who cheats people by pretending to be the Prime Minister (PM) Housing Scheme. The accused has cheated 82 lakh rupees by pretending to be a cheap house. A reward of 10 thousand rupees was declared on his arrest. The police have arrested the accused from Gujarat. He cheats by changing his name.

According to DCP (crime) Rajesh Tripathi, the name of the accused is Jatin Bhai Mania. He also had many distinct identity, such as Deepak Turkar, Shailesh, Neeraj Patel, AK Patel, Sandeep Patel. The accused is from Bhavnagar in Gujarat. Currently, he was hiding in Surat and cutting absconding. Many people including Chandan Patel, Naman had filed a complaint against him. The accused has studied till 12th. He used to search the rented room from OLX and 99 acres online platform.
