In the first case registered in the first case registered in the rape and blackmailing case of the Hindu girl students of TIT College in Bhopal, Bagsevania police station has presented a 250 -page challan in Bhopal District Court on Thursday.
Farhan Khan and his partner Sahil Khan are accused in the case presented in the court of Special Judge Neelam Mishra. Police have presented a 240 -page invoice with a list of 57 witnesses after investigation. Along with the challan, medical reports and important documents of the victims have also been presented in the court.
Jail accused Farhan and Sahil were produced in court through video conferencing. Explain that on April 12, the victim complained of rape and blackmailing against Farhan Khan, a resident of Ashokagardan police station area, on which the police had registered a case against the accused.
The victim had told in the complaint that Farhan had raped her and raped her. He was also pressurized for conversion. After this case, the police investigated the phone of the accused and found videos of eight women in it. After this, the police contacted those women and almost all the victims came out of TIT College.
Used to wear a burqa, forcibly fed meat
He told that Farhan befriended and raped her. Also tortured them for conversion. When someone asked someone to wear a burqa, someone forcibly fed meat. The entire episode also includes his friends Ali, Sahil, Saad, Nabil and Abrar. Ali is accused of rape in two cases.
Accused of body trade in the name of dance class
Also, Sahil is accused of body trade through dance class. Saad used to deliver Ganja to the accused Farhan, which he used to forcibly give the victims. Nabil and Abrar used to provide them with their rental room for these misdeeds. The challan has been presented in the first case. By next week, challans will be introduced in all cases.
